Terms of Service

1. The Service

ProPromptGen is a web application that lets you create, improve and share prompts for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Midjourney. Part of the service is free and subject to daily usage limits; a Premium subscription provides additional benefits.

2. Your Account and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; all activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the service you agree not to:

• Create or share content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing or infringes the rights of others
• Distribute malware, damage the service infrastructure or attempt to bypass security measures
• Use automation, multiple accounts or similar methods to circumvent usage limits
• Impersonate others or provide misleading information
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited bulk content generation

4. User Content

You own the prompts and content you create. For content you share publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host and promote that content on the site.

You are legally responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. AI Output

The service generates prompts using AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading; we do not guarantee its accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or the results it will produce on third-party platforms. Verifying output before use is your responsibility.

6. Premium Subscription and Payment

Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, with payments processed securely by Stripe. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the applicable fee is charged.

We reserve the right to change prices; changes do not affect your current subscription period and are communicated before renewal.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time; after cancellation you keep Premium access until the end of the paid period. The subscription will not renew after that.

Under consumer protection law, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund, provided Premium features have not yet been used. For refund requests write to m3320106@gmail.com; justified requests are settled within 14 days.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the service, including the ProPromptGen name, logo, design and software, belong to us. Except for user content, materials on the site may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or vulnerability-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the consumer arbitration boards and courts at the consumer’s place of residence, and the courts of Istanbul. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
